Job Description:

We are seeking an accomplished Technical Lead with 7+ years of industry experience and deep expertise in LLMs, Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI Agentic systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data science (statistics, mathematics, ML, DL), hands-on experience with LLM agents, and a proven track record of leading technical teams to deliver innovative AI solutions. You will play a pivotal role in architecting, developing, and deploying LLM-powered applications for diverse, high-impact use cases. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the selection, design, development, fine-tuning, and deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) for intelligent digital solutions.
• Architect and implement LLM agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, LangGraph) for advanced AI applications.
• Design and optimize RAG systems using vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB) to enhance LLM performance.
• Optimize and fine-tune state-of-the-art transformer-based models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Falcon, Mistral, Claude) for domain-specific tasks, ensuring high performance and accuracy.
• Develop and implement advanced prompt engineering techniques and fine-tuning strategies to continuously improve LLM performance and accuracy.
• Design and build sophisticated AI agents, multi-agent systems, and optimize tool-use for real-world business applications.

Oversee end-to-end development of cloud-based digital applications, including UI/UX, APIs, DevOps, microservices, and orchestration.

Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor or masters in engineering/computer applications/statistics/mathematics

7+ years of industry experience, with at least 4 years in LLM/GenAI and strong Python programming skills.

Strong fundamental knowledge in traditional ML and DL and Demonstrated expertise in developing and deploying AI solutions using LLM/GenAI, including prompt engineering and fine-tuning.

Knowledge in image processing and or NLP will be a plus. Hands-on experience with LLM RAG/Agent frameworks (CrewAI, LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, LangGraph).

Experience in process-oriented development from EDA to MLOPs and Observability is a must. Knowledge/Experience of LLM evaluation using Deepeval or a similar tool will be a plus.

Proficiency with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB) and embedding models.
