Technical Lead

Role: SSE / Lead for Golang

We are looking for a Seasoned Lead / SSE with strong experience in designing and delivering scalable, cloud-native, microservices-based SaaS platforms. The role involves owning end-to-end architecture, translating business requirements into robust technical solutions, and driving architectural best practices across teams.

Key Requirements:

• 4+ years of hands-on backend experience with Golang(mandatory) and MongoDB (preferable)
• Strong expertise in system design, microservices architecture, and scalable distributed systems
• Experience defining high availability, fault-tolerant, and secure-by-design architectures
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud-based deployments
• Good exposure to Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with architecture documentation, system diagrams, and technical design documents
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and release management
• Ability to mentor team members and drive engineering best practices
