Position : Tech Lead- Google Dialog Flow
Experience : 7 to 12 Years
Location : Noida/Gurgaon/Pune/Bangalore
Work Mode : Hybrid
JD Summary (Key Pointers):
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Google Contact Center AI (CCAI) solutions, focusing on Agent Assist and Dialogflow ES/CX
- Define technical vision, solution design, and architecture for Conversational AI projects
- Hands-on experience with 35+ Dialogflow/CCAI implementations (chatbot, voicebot, IVR)
- Integrate Dialogflow with platforms like Genesys, Twilio, and other CCAI partner tools
- Expertise in NLP, Python/Node.js, ADK, playbooks, troubleshooting, and cloud-based AI solutions
- Manage clients, stakeholders, and teams while contributing individually
- Strong communication, presentation, change management, and cross-cultural collaboration skills
