Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and innovative ServiceNow Orchestration Automation Developer with expertise in Integration Hub to join our IT automation team. This role will involve designing implementing and optimizing automation solutions that streamline IT workflows and improve overall efficiency. Responsibilities
ServiceNow Orchestration Development
Design and implement IT automation workflows using ServiceNow Orchestration and Integration Hub.Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third party systems ensuring seamless communication and data exchange.Leverage ServiceNow Flow Designer to create efficient and reusable workflows for IT operations.IT Automation Solutions
Automate IT processes such as provisioning incident resolution change management and monitoring.Collaborate with IT teams to identify repetitive tasks and develop automation strategies to eliminate manual processes.Ensure automation solutions are scalable secure and aligned with organizational goals.System Integration
Build test and deploy integrations with tools such as Active Directory Azure AWS VMware SCCM and other enterprise systems.Work with APIs web services REST SOAP and authentication methods OAuth SAML to enable secure data transfer.Platform Optimization
Optimize existing ServiceNow integrations and workflows to enhance performance and usability.Monitor and troubleshoot automation workflows to ensure reliability and minimize downtime.Maintain documentation of all integrations workflows and processes.Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Provide technical support and training to IT teams on ServiceNow Orchestration tools and capabilities.Communicate complex technical concepts to non technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.Educational Background
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.Experience
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience with ServiceNow development including Orchestration and Integration Hub.Proven track record of designing and implementing ServiceNow workflows and integrations.Technical Skills
Proficiency in ServiceNow Flow Designer Integration Hub and Orchestration.Strong understanding of APIs REST SOAP web services and scripting languages e.g. JavaScript.Experience with ITSM processes incident problem change and request management.Knowledge of IT infrastructure components such as cloud services networking servers and virtualization tools.Soft Skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Certifications Required
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Certified System Administrator.
Experience with additional ServiceNow modules such as ITOM ITAM or CMDB.
Familiarity with ITIL best practices.
