Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 8 to 12 years of experience in Salesforce technologies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce Flows Lightning Pages Lightning Flows and Loyalty Management. This role involves leading technical projects and ensuring the successful implementation of Salesforce solutions. The work model is hybrid with no travel required and the shift is during the day.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
- Oversee the development and customization of Salesforce Lightning Pages and Flows.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the development team throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Salesforce Loyalty Management.
- Ensure the integration of Salesforce solutions with existing systems and processes.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of Salesforce applications to enhance user experience.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and industry trends.
- Mentor and train junior developers to enhance their technical skills.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of Salesforce solutions.
Qualifications
- Possess strong expertise in Salesforce Flows Lightning Pages and Lightning Flows.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Salesforce Loyalty Management and its implementation.
- Have experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements for Salesforce projects.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Show capability in leading technical teams and managing project deliverables.
- Display strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Have a good understanding of domain skills in Intake which is a plus.
