Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 7 to 11 years of experience in Informatica Cloud to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Research and Development as well as Sales and Marketing. This hybrid role requires excellent English language skills and offers a day shift with no travel requirements.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of Informatica Cloud solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of data integration processes.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members on Informatica Cloud best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of data across various platforms.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for data integration processes and solutions.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing robust validation and error-handling mechanisms.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of data integration processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration and Informatica Cloud.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Informatica Cloud and data integration technologies.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of data integration processes and methodologies.
  • Support the Research and Development team in leveraging data for innovative solutions.
  • Assist the Sales and Marketing team in utilizing data to drive business growth and customer engagement.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide appropriate solutions.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in Informatica Cloud with hands-on experience in designing and implementing data integration solutions.
  • Have a solid understanding of data integration best practices and methodologies.
  • Demonstrate expertise in troubleshooting and resolving data integration issues.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
  • Show proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Display a keen interest in staying updated with the latest trends in data integration technologies.
  • Have experience in Research and Development as well as Sales and Marketing domains.
  • Be adept at documenting data integration processes and solutions.
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Show a commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
  • Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.
