Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Reltio Integration Hub MDM Architecture and Reltio MDM. This role involves working in a hybrid model with a day shift. The Technical Lead will play a crucial role in driving our data management initiatives and ensuring the successful integration of our systems.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of MDM solutions using Reltio Integration Hub.Oversee the architecture and development of MDM systems to ensure data integrity and consistency.Provide technical guidance and support to the development team in implementing Reltio MDM solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document MDM requirements and solutions.Ensure the successful integration of MDM systems with other enterprise applications.Monitor and optimize the performance of MDM systems to meet business requirements.Develop and maintain best practices for MDM architecture and data governance.Conduct regular reviews and audits of MDM systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MDM systems and integrations.Provide training and support to end-users on MDM solutions and best practices.Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in MDM and data integration.Contribute to the continuous improvement of MDM processes and methodologies.Ensure that all MDM solutions align with the companys overall data strategy and objectives.
Qualifications
Must have extensive experience with Reltio Integration Hub.Must have a strong background in MDM Architecture.Must be proficient in implementing Reltio MDM solutions.Should have excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Should possess strong communication and collaboration abilities.Nice to have experience with other data integration tools and technologies.Nice to have knowledge of data governance and data quality best practices.
