Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 4 to 8 years of experience in ebao AIX Administration and Unix. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Property & Casualty Insurance. This role requires working from the office during day shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our technical systems.
Responsibilities
Lead the technical team in the implementation and maintenance of ebao systems.Oversee the administration of AIX systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for Unix-based systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions.Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and procedures.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in system administration.Monitor system performance and implement necessary upgrades and patches.Conduct regular system audits and security assessments to identify and mitigate risks.Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Participate in the design and implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.Ensure the technical infrastructure supports the needs of the Property & Casualty Insurance domain.Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
Possess strong experience in ebao AIX Administration and Unix.Demonstrate expertise in Property & Casualty Insurance domain.Exhibit excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Show ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Have strong communication and documentation skills.Display a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends.
