Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Lead with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Messaging - MS Exchange MSExchangeAdmin ITIL V4 Microsoft Azure Microsoft Teams Azure AD Office 365 and Sharepoint. This hybrid role requires rotational shifts and offers an opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies driving impactful solutions for our clients.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design implementation and management of MS Exchange environments to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Oversee the administration and maintenance of Microsoft Teams ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across the organization.
  • Provide expert guidance on ITIL V4 best practices to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Manage and support Microsoft Azure infrastructure ensuring high availability and scalability of cloud services.
  • Administer Azure AD and Office 365 environments ensuring secure and efficient user access and management.
  • Implement and maintain Sharepoint solutions to facilitate effective content management and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy innovative solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues to minimize downtime and ensure continuity of services.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all systems and processes ensuring knowledge transfer and consistency.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for messaging and collaboration tools resolving issues promptly and effectively.
  • Conduct regular system audits and security assessments to ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends recommending and implementing improvements as needed.
  • Mentor and train junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with MS Exchange and MSExchangeAdmin.
  • Demonstrate expertise in ITIL V4 best practices and their application in a technical environment.
  • Have strong proficiency in Microsoft Azure including infrastructure management and support.
  • Show advanced skills in Microsoft Teams administration and support.
  • Exhibit comprehensive understanding of Azure AD and Office 365 administration.
  • Have experience with Sharepoint implementation and maintenance.
  • Display excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Possess strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Have the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model with rotational shifts.
