Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 12 to 16 years of experience in Analytics Analysis and Design. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Networks and will be responsible for leading technical projects ensuring high-quality deliverables and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This is a hybrid role with day shifts and no travel requirements.
Responsibilities
Lead technical projects from inception to completion ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and project timelines.Oversee the analysis and design of complex network systems ensuring optimal performance and scalability.Provide technical expertise in analytics to drive data-driven decision-making and improve network operations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements design solutions and implement network enhancements.Develop and maintain technical documentation including design specifications test plans and user guides.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.Mentor and guide junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to network services.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies incorporating them into project plans and strategies.Communicate effectively with stakeholders providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and standards in all technical activities.Participate in technical discussions and provide insights to improve network design and performance.Contribute to the development of technical strategies and roadmaps to achieve long-term business goals.
