Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MS Power Automate and Automation Anywhere along with a strong background in Finance & Accounting. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive automation projects and improve financial processes. The position operates during the day shift and does not require travel.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of automation solutions using MS Power Automate and Automation Anywhere.Oversee the design and deployment of automated workflows to enhance financial processes.Provide technical guidance and support to the team in the use of automation tools.Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to identify areas for process improvement.Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of automated financial operations.Monitor and maintain automation systems to ensure optimal performance.Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to automation tools and workflows.Develop and document best practices for the use of MS Power Automate and Automation Anywhere.Conduct training sessions for team members on the effective use of automation tools.Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in automation technology.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all automation projects.Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes through innovative automation solutions.Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver tailored automation solutions.
Qualifications
