Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Lead with 5 to 9 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Ansible Nutanix Administration VMware administration and Windows administration. Experience in store operations is a plus. This role involves leading technical projects ensuring system reliability and contributing to the overall success of our IT infrastructure.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of automation scripts using Ansible to streamline IT operations.
  • Oversee the administration and maintenance of Nutanix environments to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Provide expert-level support for VMware administration including installation configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Manage Windows server environments ensuring security stability and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and improve existing systems.
  • Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to maintain optimal system health.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all systems and processes.
  • Implement best practices for system security and data protection.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
  • Lead technical projects from inception to completion ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • Provide training and support to junior team members to enhance their technical skills.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our systems remain cutting-edge.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong expertise in Ansible for automation and configuration management.
  • Demonstrate extensive experience in Nutanix Administration ensuring system reliability and performance.
  • Have a deep understanding of VMware administration including setup configuration and maintenance.
  • Show proficiency in managing Windows server environments with a focus on security and stability.
  • Experience in store operations is a plus providing valuable insights into domain-specific challenges.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Possess strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
