Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Lead with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Tableau Admin and Tableau Work Model. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects driving innovation and efficiency. The position is a day shift with no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of Tableau solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the administration and maintenance of Tableau servers and environments.
  • Provide technical expertise in Tableau Work Model to optimize data visualization and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for Tableau dashboards.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of Tableau data through best practices and compliance standards.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for Tableau processes configurations and procedures.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Tableau performance and functionality.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide support to end-users on Tableau tools and features.
  • Monitor and manage Tableau server performance ensuring high availability and reliability.
  • Implement and enforce data governance policies within the Tableau environment.
  • Stay updated with the latest Tableau features and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality Tableau solutions that enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
  • Demonstrate strong experience in Tableau Admin and Tableau Work Model.
  • Exhibit proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools.
  • Show excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Have strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Display a keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Be adaptable to a hybrid work model and flexible in a dynamic work environment.
