Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Technical Lead with 4 to 8 years of experience in Infra Capacity Planning. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance and efficiency of our systems. This role involves analyzing current capacity forecasting future needs and implementing strategies to meet those needs. The candidate will work closely with various teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of our technical infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Lead the capacity planning efforts to ensure optimal performance and efficiency of systems.Oversee the analysis of current capacity and forecast future needs based on business growth and trends.Provide detailed reports and recommendations to management on capacity planning and resource allocation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of technical infrastructure.Implement strategies to optimize resource utilization and minimize downtime.Monitor system performance and make adjustments as necessary to maintain optimal performance.Develop and maintain capacity planning models and tools to support decision-making processes.Ensure that capacity planning aligns with business goals and objectives.Conduct regular reviews and updates of capacity plans to reflect changes in business requirements.Provide training and support to team members on capacity planning best practices and tools.Work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure that capacity requirements are met.Participate in the development and implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in capacity planning.
Qualifications
Possess a strong background in capacity planning with 4 to 8 years of relevant experience.Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.Show proficiency in capacity planning tools and software.Have a solid understanding of technical infrastructure and resource management.Display the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.Hold a relevant degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Certifications Required
Certified Capacity Planner (CCP) ITIL Foundation Certification
