Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 8 to 12 years of experience in Pega technologies and domain expertise in Governance Risk & Compliance and Finance & Accounting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading Pega application development projects ensuring high-quality deliverables and driving innovation within the team. This role offers a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel requirements.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of Pega applications to meet business requirements.Oversee the implementation of Pega solutions ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on Pega-related tasks.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Pega projects.Ensure the integration of Pega applications with existing systems and data sources.Develop and maintain Pega reports to support business decision-making processes.Enhance user experience by implementing Pega mobility and user interface best practices.Manage Pega case management and decision hub functionalities to streamline business processes.Drive innovation in Pega marketing and decision hub capabilities to improve customer engagement.Monitor and optimize the performance of Pega applications to ensure scalability and reliability.Ensure compliance with governance risk and compliance standards in all Pega projects.Coordinate with finance and accounting teams to integrate Pega solutions with financial systems.Provide regular updates and reports on project status to stakeholders and management.
Qualifications
Possess strong experience in Pega Reporting Pega Platform and Pega Application Development.Have expertise in Pega Data and Integration Pega User Experience and Pega Mobility.Demonstrate proficiency in Pega Case Management Pega Marketing and Pega Decision Hub.Have domain knowledge in Governance Risk & Compliance and Finance & Accounting.Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Show strong communication and collaboration abilities.Be capable of working in a hybrid work model with day shifts.Be committed to delivering high-quality and innovative Pega solutions.Have a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with Pega technologies.Be able to mentor and guide junior team members effectively.Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Show a strong understanding of business processes and requirements.Be detail-oriented and capable of producing accurate and reliable deliverables.
