Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 6 to 9 years of experience in Kinaxis Supply Planning Inventory Planning & Optimization Sales & Operations Planning and Demand Planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Planning and Supply Chain Management. This hybrid role requires excellent English language skills and offers a day shift with no travel requirements.
Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and optimization of Kinaxis Supply Planning solutions to enhance supply chain efficiency.Oversee the integration of Kinaxis Inventory Planning & Optimization to ensure optimal inventory levels and reduce costs.Provide expertise in Kinaxis Sales & Operations Planning to align supply and demand effectively.Manage Kinaxis Demand Planning processes to accurately forecast demand and improve planning accuracy.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Kinaxis solutions across the organization.Develop and maintain documentation for Kinaxis processes and configurations to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing.Conduct training sessions for team members on Kinaxis tools and best practices to enhance their skills and knowledge.Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.Support the development of supply chain strategies that align with the companys overall goals and objectives.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all supply chain planning activities.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Kinaxis-related issues to minimize downtime and disruptions.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Kinaxis solutions.Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Kinaxis technology to continuously improve processes.
Qualifications
Possess a strong background in Kinaxis Supply Planning Inventory Planning & Optimization Sales & Operations Planning and Demand Planning.Demonstrate expertise in Planning and Supply Chain Management.Exhibit excellent English language skills both written and spoken.Have a minimum of 6 years and a maximum of 9 years of relevant experience.Show proficiency in developing and maintaining documentation for Kinaxis processes.Display the ability to conduct training sessions and share knowledge effectively.Have a proven track record of monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators.Demonstrate the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Show a commitment to staying updated with the latest trends in Kinaxis technology.Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide technical support.Demonstrate the ability to develop and implement supply chain strategies.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
