Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Lead with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in PL/SQL Manhattan WMoS and Manhattan Active along with domain experience in Store Operations and Supply Chain Management. This hybrid role requires strong technical skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design development and implementation of technical solutions using PL/SQL Manhattan WMoS and Manhattan Active.
  • Oversee the integration of Manhattan solutions with existing systems to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business needs and objectives.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal functionality.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and procedures.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and enhancements.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of systems.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all technical activities.

  • Possess strong technical skills in PL/SQL Manhattan WMoS and Manhattan Active.
  • Have a solid understanding of Store Operations and Supply Chain Management.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Show proficiency in project management and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Display a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
  • Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
