Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Lead with 3 to 6 years of experience in Splunk Admin Splunk and Splunk Enterprise. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model with a day shift. This role does not require travel. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing Splunk implementations ensuring optimal performance and contributing to the companys data analysis capabilities.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Splunk solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Provide technical expertise in Splunk Admin Splunk and Splunk Enterprise to support various projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and design appropriate Splunk dashboards and reports.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot Splunk infrastructure to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for Splunk configurations processes and procedures.
  • Ensure data integrity and security within the Splunk environment.
  • Conduct regular performance tuning and capacity planning for Splunk systems.
  • Implement best practices for Splunk data ingestion parsing and indexing.
  • Provide training and support to team members on Splunk-related tasks and functionalities.
  • Stay updated with the latest Splunk features and industry trends to recommend improvements.
  • Assist in the development of data analytics strategies using Splunk to drive business insights.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize Splunk-related projects and initiatives.

  • Possess strong experience in Splunk Admin Splunk and Splunk Enterprise.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Have a solid understanding of data analysis and visualization techniques.
  • Show proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Shell.
  • Display knowledge of network protocols and security best practices.
  • Hold a relevant certification such as Splunk Certified Admin or Splunk Certified Architect.
