Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Lead with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Change LifeCycle Management Incident Management and Service Desk Application Support. Experience in Multi Channel and Merchandising domains is a plus. This is a hybrid role with day shifts and no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical team in managing the Change LifeCycle Management process to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.
  • Oversee the Incident Management process to quickly address and resolve technical issues ensuring minimal impact on business operations.
  • Provide expert support for Service Desk applications ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements in technical processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all technical operations.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for technical processes and procedures.
  • Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates and patches.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure the integrity and security of technical systems.
  • Provide training and support to team members on technical processes and tools.
  • Participate in project planning and execution to ensure technical requirements are met.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on technical issues and resolutions.
  • Utilize experience in Multi Channel and Merchandising domains to enhance technical solutions.
  • Contribute to the companys mission by ensuring reliable and efficient technical operations.

  • Qualifications

  • Must have experience in Change LifeCycle Management Incident Management and Service Desk Application Support.
  • Nice to have experience in Multi Channel and Merchandising domains.
  • Must have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Must have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Must have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical issues.
  • Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
