Job Summary

  • Role: L2 Production Support
  • L2 Production Support Analyst with strong Java and Oracle skills

    Part of production Support L2 team to monitor the production server and handling the production L2 tickets and also support out of hours whenever required


    Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical team in developing and implementing solutions using SQL Server MySQL and Oracle.
  • Oversee log analysis and monitoring using Dynatrace and Splunk to ensure system performance and reliability.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT Service Management tools like Service Now and Jira.
  • Develop and maintain shell scripts for automation and process improvement.
  • Utilize Confluence and Sharepoint for documentation and collaboration within the team.
  • Implement and manage PL/SQL and Core Java applications to meet business requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in software development and IT service management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure efficient operation.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members on technical skills and best practices.
  • Participate in project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in SQL Server MySQL and Oracle.
  • Have extensive experience in log analysis and monitoring tools like Dynatrace and Splunk.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in IT Service Management tools such as Service Now and Jira.
  • Be skilled in shell scripting for automation and process improvement.
  • Show expertise in Core Java and PL/SQL development.
  • Have experience with documentation and collaboration tools like Confluence and Sharepoint.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Display excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Be capable of leading and mentoring a technical team.
  • Have a solid understanding of software development best practices.
  • Be familiar with the Payer domain and its specific requirements.
  • Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model with day shifts.
