4 and above years relevant customer focused experience resolving technical problems with experience of using ticketing systems.
Very good experience in handling Meraki dashboard.
Specialized in supporting Cisco Meraki Switches Meraki Wireless and Meraki security appliances.
Good experience in implementing managing and troubleshooting Meraki Network devices.
Very good knowledge on handling SDWAN solution.
