Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 11 to 15 years of experience in SAP ALE/IDoc SAP PO SAP XI and SAP PI. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to work in a hybrid model. Experience in the Food and Beverages or Engineering Services domain is a plus. The role involves leading technical projects ensuring seamless integration and delivering high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of SAP ALE/IDoc SAP PO SAP XI and SAP PI solutions to meet business requirements.Oversee the development and maintenance of integration processes to ensure data consistency and accuracy.Provide technical expertise and guidance to the development team to ensure best practices are followed.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Ensure the successful delivery of integration projects within the stipulated timelines and budget.Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues to ensure minimal downtime and disruption to business operations.Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and performance.Develop and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing maintenance and knowledge transfer.Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and integration trends to recommend improvements and innovations.Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all technical implementations.Mentor and train junior team members to build a strong technical team.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of integration processes.
Qualifications
Possess extensive experience in SAP ALE/IDoc SAP PO SAP XI and SAP PI.Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a hybrid model.Have a background in the Food and Beverages or Engineering Services domain is a plus.Show proficiency in developing and maintaining technical documentation.Display the ability to mentor and train junior team members.
