Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 10 to 14 years of experience in React and Java 8. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a good understanding of the Telecom domain. This hybrid role requires excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The position is a day shift with no travel required.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of high-quality software solutions using React and Java 8Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deploymentProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developersCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software componentsEnsure code quality and maintainability through code reviews and automated testingTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely mannerStay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovationContribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practicesCommunicate effectively with stakeholders to understand and meet their requirementsDevelop and maintain technical documentation for reference and reportingEnsure that all software solutions comply with security and performance standardsParticipate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectivesFoster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that values diversity
Qualifications
Possess strong expertise in React and Java 8 with a proven track record of successful projectsHave a good understanding of the Telecom domain which is a plusDemonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skillsExhibit strong communication and interpersonal skillsShow ability to work effectively in a hybrid work modelHave experience with agile methodologies and practices
