Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 10 to 14 years of experience in Spring Boot Microservices and Core Java. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model and will be responsible for leading technical projects ensuring high-quality deliverables and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of complex applications using Spring Boot Microservices and Core Java.
  • Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment and maintenance.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Ensure the implementation of best practices in coding testing and documentation to maintain high standards of quality.
  • Collaborate with product managers designers and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the teams capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing development and knowledge sharing.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives to ensure effective project management.
  • Contribute to the development of technical roadmaps and strategies to align with business goals.
  • Ensure the scalability and reliability of applications by implementing robust architecture and design principles.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging team members to learn and grow their skills.

  • Possess extensive experience in Spring Boot Microservices and Core Java.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Show a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions within deadlines.
  • Have a deep understanding of software development best practices and methodologies.
  • Display a proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and improving existing processes.
