Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 8 to 12 years of experience in HTML CSS JS MySQL and MS Access. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts contributing to the development and maintenance of our web applications. This role does not require travel.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of web applications using HTML CSS and JS.
  • Oversee the design and management of databases using MySQL and MS Access.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
  • Ensure the quality and performance of web applications through rigorous testing and debugging.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for code processes and procedures.
  • Implement best practices for coding standards and security measures.
  • Monitor and optimize application performance to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency.
  • Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and workflows.

  • Possess strong expertise in HTML CSS and JS for front-end development.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in MySQL and MS Access for database management.
  • Have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Show experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
  • Display a proactive approach to learning and adopting new technologies.
  • Hold a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Nice to have experience with hybrid work models and remote team coordination.
  • Preferred certifications in relevant technologies or project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality web applications.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
