Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Lead with 6 to 10 years of experience in AEM support engineering system engineering frontend backend and authoring. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to manage and support AEM projects. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can work effectively in a day shift without the need for travel.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical aspects of AEM projects ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Oversee the development implementation and maintenance of AEM solutions.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for AEM-related issues ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
  • Develop and maintain AEM components templates and workflows.
  • Ensure the performance scalability and security of AEM applications.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Stay updated with the latest AEM technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide technical guidance.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners as needed to support AEM initiatives.
  • Document technical specifications and processes for future reference and knowledge sharing.

  • Possess strong experience in AEM support engineering system engineering frontend backend and authoring.
  • Demonstrate expertise in developing and maintaining AEM components templates and workflows.
  • Have a solid understanding of AEM architecture and best practices.
  • Show proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving AEM-related issues.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Have experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members.
  • Display the ability to manage project timelines and deliverables effectively.
  • Stay updated with the latest AEM technologies and industry trends.
  • Experience in Product Sourcing and Product Lifecycle Management is a plus.
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Show a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical challenges.
