Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 8 to 10 years of experience in SQL Server Kafka ETL Java 11 Java Persistence API Spring MVC Python Hibernate Spring Boot Microservices Spring Core REST Web Services Core Java and PL/SQL. The ideal candidate will have domain expertise in Asset & Wealth Management. The role is hybrid with day shifts and no travel requirements.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of complex software solutions using Java 11 Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
  • Oversee the implementation of REST Web Services to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers in the team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for Asset & Wealth Management projects.
  • Ensure the efficient processing of data using ETL tools and techniques.
  • Utilize SQL Server and PL/SQL for database management and optimization.
  • Implement messaging solutions using Kafka to ensure reliable data communication.
  • Develop and maintain applications using Spring MVC Spring Core and Hibernate.
  • Write clean maintainable and efficient code in Python for various automation tasks.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
