Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Lead with 3 to 7 years of experience in Switching & Routing Aruba Cisco Meraki SDWAN Cisco Firewall and Cisco SD WAN. The role involves overseeing technical projects ensuring seamless network operations and providing expert guidance to the team. This hybrid role offers a dynamic work environment with a focus on innovation and excellence.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of network solutions using Switching & Routing Aruba Cisco Meraki SDWAN Cisco Firewall and Cisco SD WAN
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability
  • Provide technical expertise and support to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for network configurations processes and procedures
  • Conduct regular network assessments and audits to identify potential issues and areas for improvement
  • Implement security measures and protocols to protect network integrity and data privacy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align network strategies with business objectives
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and ensure seamless operations
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners for network-related projects and support
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior team members promoting skill development and knowledge sharing
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all network operations
  • Contribute to the development of network policies and best practices to enhance overall efficiency and security
  • Participate in project planning and execution ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong expertise in Switching & Routing Aruba Cisco Meraki SDWAN Cisco Firewall and Cisco SD WAN
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues
  • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
  • Have a solid understanding of network security principles and best practices
  • Show proficiency in network documentation and the ability to create detailed technical reports
  • Display a proactive approach to learning and staying current with emerging technologies
  • Possess a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

    CCNA CCNP Aruba Certified Switching Professional
