Job Summary
We are seeking a Technical Lead with 3 to 7 years of experience in Service Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and be able to manage and oversee service management processes. This role is hybrid with day shifts and no travel required. The Technical Lead will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our service management operations.

This is the Cardinal PRE team. The team members will support and troubleshoot the Centinel and VCAS applications in the Cardinal and Visa data centers for the data center integration project. The team also supports the middleware components and patching activities.

Engagement Deliverable(s)

Provision configure and maintain current hardware and software infrastructure systems with solutions that scale.
Identifies and resolves hardware/software problems on infrastructure systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve support tickets.
Perform regular hardware and software maintenance including security patching.
Execute critical projects to support the stability of the Cardinal systems
Analyzes system logs for troubleshooting and identifying system improvement
Assists with audits of servers and environment to ensure compliance with established standards policies and configuration guidelines.
Participate in functional and technical meetings throughout the development life cycle
Escalates issues internally as needed.
Composes internal documentation that reflects processes and system configuration.
Provides technical solutions to a wide range of complex problems
Ensures systems up time and stability
