Job Summary
We are seeking a Technical Lead with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Moogsoft / Moogsoft Tools Admin and a strong background in the Provider domain. Experience in the Payer domain is a plus. Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of Moogsoft solutions to enhance our monitoring capabilities.Oversee the integration of Moogsoft with existing systems and ensure seamless operation.Provide technical guidance and support to team members on Moogsoft-related projects.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.Ensure the reliability and performance of Moogsoft implementations through regular monitoring and maintenance.Develop and maintain documentation for Moogsoft configurations and processes.Conduct training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding and usage of Moogsoft.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Moogsoft in a timely manner.Stay updated with the latest developments in Moogsoft and incorporate best practices into our processes.Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions that align with business objectives.Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all Moogsoft implementations.Contribute to the continuous improvement of our monitoring and alerting processes.
Qualifications

Certifications Required
Certified Moogsoft Administrator or equivalent certification in Moogsoft technologies.
