Job Summary
The Technical Lead role involves overseeing the implementation and management of macOS systems using JAMF Casper Management Software. The candidate will work from the office in a rotational shift ensuring seamless operations and system integrity. This position requires a minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 6 years of experience in relevant technical skills with no travel required.
Responsibilities
Lead the deployment and configuration of macOS systems to ensure optimal performance and security.Oversee the use of JAMF Casper Management Software to manage and maintain system updates and patches.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for macOS-related issues to ensure minimal downtime.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate macOS systems with existing IT infrastructure.Develop and implement strategies for efficient system management and resource allocation.Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company standards.Create and maintain documentation for system configurations and management processes.Train and mentor junior staff on macOS system management and JAMF Casper software usage.Ensure data integrity and security across all managed systems.Analyze system logs and reports to identify and resolve potential issues proactively.Coordinate with vendors and external partners for system upgrades and support.Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to align on project goals.Innovate solutions to improve system efficiency and user experience.
