Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Change LifeCycle Management AI-enabled chatbots Networking Incident Management Service Desk Service Now and Windows. Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and management of Change LifeCycle Management processes to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.Oversee the development and deployment of AI-enabled chatbots to enhance customer service and streamline operations.Provide expert support in Networking to maintain robust and secure communication systems.Manage Incident Management processes to quickly identify resolve and prevent issues ensuring minimal impact on operations.Supervise the Service Desk team to deliver exceptional support and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.Utilize Service Now to manage and track IT service management processes ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.Administer Windows systems to ensure optimal performance security and reliability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements in IT processes and systems.Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes systems and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.Monitor and analyze system performance to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in IT service management.Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality IT services that support business objectives.
Qualifications
Must have strong experience in Change LifeCycle Management AI-enabled chatbots Networking Incident Management Service Desk Service Now and Windows.Nice to have experience in Service Desk domain to provide additional insights and expertise.Must have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Must have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.Must have a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
