Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Maconomy technical writing and technical knowledge. Experience in Finance and Accounting is a plus. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site during day shifts. No travel is required.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of technical solutions using Maconomy.Oversee the technical writing process to ensure clear and concise documentation.Provide technical knowledge and support to the team and stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Ensure that all technical aspects of the project are aligned with business goals.Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback.Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their technical skills.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.Develop and maintain technical documentation for future reference.Coordinate with the Finance and Accounting teams to ensure seamless integration.Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies.
