Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 9 to 11 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in MuleSoft API-Led Connectivity MuleSoft Integration and MuleSoft Application Network. Experience in Merchandising and Multi Channel domains is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of MuleSoft API-Led Connectivity solutions to ensure seamless integration across various platforms.
  • Oversee the implementation of MuleSoft Integration strategies to enhance system performance and reliability.
  • Provide technical expertise in MuleSoft Application Network to optimize application connectivity and data flow.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all MuleSoft integration processes and solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in MuleSoft development and integration.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to MuleSoft integrations ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality performance and security standards are met.
  • Participate in project planning and estimation activities providing accurate timelines and resource requirements.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in MuleSoft technologies and integration practices.
  • Contribute to the development of reusable assets and frameworks to accelerate project delivery.
  • Engage with stakeholders to provide regular updates on project progress and address any concerns.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong expertise in MuleSoft API-Led Connectivity ensuring efficient and effective integration solutions.
  • Demonstrate extensive experience in MuleSoft Integration optimizing system interactions and data exchange.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of MuleSoft Application Network enhancing application connectivity and performance.
  • Experience in Merchandising and Multi Channel domains is highly desirable.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to mentor and guide junior developers fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
