Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in API Oracle 12G Java PL/SQL Unix and BlueYonder TMS. Additionally experience in Transportation Sys Diag-Retail and Transport Mgmt Systems-Retail is essential. This is a hybrid role with day shifts and no travel required.
Responsibilities
**Experience working in Supply Chain Transportation domain
**Expert understanding and experience implementing Blue Yonder - Transportation management system.
**Understanding of Shipment consolidation and routing optimization
**Experience with Microsoft Azure
**Experience working with SaaS (Software as a service) based solutions
**Proficiency in Java programming languages like .
**Spring Spring Boot and custom frameworks
**Be able to lead and guide the team.
Experience with Power BI Tableau and Data modeling
Experience with Kafka Airflow IBM MQ ReST APIs
Experience with Databases like PostgreSQL MongoDB and writing complete SQL
Understanding the internal working of Object-oriented programming Jenkins Docker K8s GIT Json Yaml XML data structures & algorithms.
Experience with scripting like Shell scripts
Lead the design and development of complex technical solutions using API Oracle 12G Java PL/SQL and Unix.Oversee the implementation and integration of BlueYonder TMS within the existing infrastructure.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for Transportation Sys Diag-Retail and Transport Mgmt Systems-Retail.Ensure the scalability performance and security of the developed solutions.Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.Develop and maintain technical documentation for all implemented solutions.Participate in project planning and provide accurate estimates for development tasks.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.Monitor and optimize system performance to enhance user experience.Contribute to the overall success of the team by sharing knowledge and expertise.
Qualifications
Must have strong experience in API Oracle 12G Java PL/SQL and Unix.Experience with BlueYonder TMS is mandatory.Must have domain experience in Transportation Sys Diag-Retail and Transport Mgmt Systems-Retail.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are required.Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.Ability to work in a hybrid work model with day shifts.Must have a minimum of 7 years and a maximum of 10 years of relevant experience.
