Technical Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled .NET Developer with strong hands-on experience in designing and building scalable applications using the Microsoft technology stack. A key requirement for this role is solid, real-world experience with Redis, including implementing caching strategies and optimizing high-performance systems.

Required skills:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with .NET Core / .NET 5/6+ (C#, Web APIs, microservices architecture, asynchronous programming)
• Solid, real-world Redis experience including:
• Caching strategies (e.g., write-through, write-behind, cache-aside)
• Redis Streams, Pub/Sub, TTL management
• Performance tuning and monitoring
• Experience with RESTful services, dependency injection, and clean architecture.
• Understanding of database systems (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
