CodeVyasa is a mid-sized product engineering company that works with top-tier product/solutions companies such as McKinsey, Walmart, RazorPay, Swiggy, and others. We are about 550+ people strong and we cater to Product & Data Engineering use-cases around Agentic AI, RPA, Full-stack and various other GenAI areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of backend microservices using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Architect scalable and high-performance systems that handle large traffic and data volumes.
• Drive best practices in coding standards, system design, API development, and security.
• Work closely with product, frontend, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Review code, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth automated deployments.
• Optimize system performance, reliability, and cost efficiency across backend services.
• Design and optimize NoSQL schemas (MongoDB / DynamoDB / Firestore).
• Build automation using Python or shell scripts for tooling, monitoring & optimisation.
• Ensure cloud-native deployments on AWS or GCP , following IaC & DevOps principles.
• Troubleshoot production issues, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and ensure system stability.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Node.js , JavaScript & TypeScript.
• Experience designing and building microservices & REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB, Cassandra, etc.).
• Experience with Python or Shell scripting for automation.
• Excellent understanding of Git , branching strategies, and code review practices.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.).
• Experience deploying cloud-based services using AWS or GCP .
• Solid knowledge of distributed systems, event-driven architecture & caching.

Good to Have

• Experience with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS).
• Knowledge of serverless technologies (AWS Lambda, Cloud Functions).
• Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
