Role Summary:
We are looking for a Technical Lead with strong expertise in Golang, AWS, and Database Design to
lead backend development, drive technical decisions, and mentor engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead backend development using Golang and microservices architecture.
Own database design, schema modeling, and performance tuning.
Implement and manage scalable AWS cloud solutions.
Review code, enforce best practices, and mentor developers.
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
Support production issues and system optimization.
Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with Golang.
Solid Database Design experience (MySQL / PostgreSQL / NoSQL).
Experience with AWS services (EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, S3).
Good understanding of microservices and distributed systems.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
