We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Lead with 810 years of experience to drive end-to-end application development, architecture, and team leadership. This role demands strong expertise in backend and frontend technologies, cloud platforms, and modern AI-native engineering tools to accelerate productivity and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full stack development across backend (Java, Spring Boot, Microservices) and frontend (React.js).
• Architect scalable solutions ensuring performance, security, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and DevOps engineers.
• Mentor and guide engineers to build a high-performing development team.
• Leverage AI-native engineering tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, Gemini, Cursor) to enhance coding efficiency and application delivery.
• Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Ensure best practices in CI/CD, code reviews, and agile methodologies.
