Job Summary
We are seeking a Technical Lead with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in PowerShell scripting Microsoft Active Directory Azure AD Messaging - MS Exchange ITIL V4 and Office 365. Experience in the Consumer Lending domain is mandatory. This is a hybrid work model with rotational shifts.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of technical solutions using PowerShell scripting to automate tasks and improve efficiency.Oversee the management and maintenance of Microsoft Active Directory and Azure AD environments to ensure optimal performance and security.Provide expert support for MessagingMS Exchange ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across the organization.Implement ITIL V4 best practices to enhance service management and delivery.Manage and support Office 365 applications to ensure smooth operation and user satisfaction.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Conduct regular system audits and generate reports to identify and address potential issues.Develop and maintain technical documentation including standard operating procedures and user guides.Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.Participate in rotational shifts to provide 24/7 support and ensure system availability.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and impact on business operations.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the technical environment.Contribute to the companys purpose by ensuring reliable and efficient technical solutions that support business growth and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
