Role Purpose:

Intellismith is building an AI-First Technology Business Line focused on AI products, automation platforms, enterprise implementations, IBM solutions, and intelligent workforce systems.

We are hiring a Senior Technical Lead who combines architecture, presales, product thinking, and hands-on engineering, acting as the technical bridge between Business, Customers, and Engineering teams.

Job Details:

• Experience: 7+ years of strong hands-on experience in software development and system design.
• CTC Bracket: Competitive, aligned with industry standards
• Qualification: BE / B.Tech / MCA / BCA / MTech.
• Location: Noida (WFO - 5 days)
• Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days (candidates with a notice period of less than 30 days are preferred)

Technology Leadership

• Translate business requirements into scalable architecture
• Define AI adoption roadmap
• Act as technical authority for management & clients

AI & Product Engineering

• Architect LLM-based and AI-driven systems
• Build PoCs, demos, MVPs
• Develop AI Agents, chatbots, automation workflows

Presales & Solution Consulting

• Support enterprise sales discussions
• Conduct technical discovery workshops
• Prepare solution architecture, proposals & estimations

Engineering Leadership

• Lead development teams (Python / Java / Node.js)
• Perform code reviews & architecture governance
• Ensure engineering best practices

Delivery & Project Execution

• Drive end-to-end lifecycle (Design Deploy)
• Establish Agile practices
• Ensure quality & timely delivery
