We’re looking for an experienced Strategic Design Lead to strengthen our team and to identify, develop, sell and execute innovative projects.
Based in Bangalore, you’ll join our team of researchers, strategists and designers within service, product, brand, digital, interaction and user experience design. You’ll work in an international and playful environment alongside some of the most creative peers you’ve ever had. • Play a vital part in our strategic projects: be the ultimate process owner and lead a team of thinkers and doers

• Pro-actively communicate and share your thoughts on strategic design and product-service experience externally and internally

• Calibrate and co-operate with other Strategic Designers and Directors – locally, nationally and globally

• Participate in internal planning and sales strategy meetings

• Handle and own your own clients, including account planning and budgets

Qualifications

(For Strategic Designer lead JD, only change is on the experience)

(15+ years of experience)

We would like you to have -

• A designer by training - have a design degree of some sort.

• A skilled professional with 8+ years experience in strategic design

• Experienced in leading, defining and implementing innovation or business strategies for companies across different industries

• Have design as a key value in your life, and demonstrate its various facets in your work- presentations, white papers, research, solutions, portfolio etc.

• Are a master communicator with clients, partners, and colleagues using both analog and digital design tools to share your ideas

• Are very comfortable in a consulting role and experienced with a client-facing position in an agency/consulting environment

• Use design research, market research, business analytics, and a pure genius at identifying markets, insights, problems, unmet needs, trends, connections, partnerships, and technologies that can be tapped and turned into innovative new products, brands and services

• Excellent at English – both verbally and in writing

• A lead user of technology - both as consumer and as creator
