Primary Responsibilities:

Design & Architecture (Individual Contributor and Technical Lead role):

• Deliver high-quality solutions as an individual contributor.

• Ensure technical quality of deliverables from self and the team.

• Incorporate Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) such as scalability, extensibility, and sustainability into solutions.

• Create and review design documents for assigned projects.

• Own and implement technological solutions for projects/products.

• Collaborate with delivery teams to develop and implement solutions.

Technical Awareness:

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

• Demonstrate openness to learning and adapting to new tools, frameworks, and practices relevant to ongoing projects.

IDE & Tools:

• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with IDEs, repositories/version control, code review tools, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Familiarity with tools such as SonarQube, Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, and related platforms.
