Role Summary

We are looking for experienced and high-impact Inside-Sales professionals with strong technical understanding and excellent communication skills to drive school partnerships.

This role involves engaging with senior school decision-makers, articulating the value of Coding & Robotics programs, and converting discussions into qualified demo opportunities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with Principals, Directors, and senior school stakeholders via calls
  • Deliver consultative pitches on Wizklubs Coding & Robotics programs
  • Understand school requirements and secure high-quality demo commitments
  • Coordinate with Master Trainers for smooth demo execution
  • Drive structured follow-ups and maintain a healthy conversion pipeline


Demo Process

  • Once a demo is confirmed, the Master Trainer visits the school to conduct the session
  • The Technical Inside-Sales Executive focuses on stakeholder engagement and demo conversion


What Success Looks Like

  • Consistent demo bookings from decision-maker conversations
  • Strong conversion ratios and structured pipeline management
  • High-quality engagement with premium school accounts


Candidate Profile

  • 15 years of experience in Pre-Sales / Inside Sales / EdTech / Education Sales
  • Strong technical exposure to Coding & Robotics-based learning solutions
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Marathi or Kannada (mandatory)
  • Confident in engaging senior institutional stakeholders
  • Target-driven, disciplined, and performance-oriented


Work Model & Timings

  • Monday to Saturday Work From Office
  • 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM


Qualification

  • Graduate in a relevant field (preferred)
  • OR
  • Strong technical knowledge in IT / Coding / Robotics with a recognized degree


Preferred Experience

  • Experience selling to K12 schools or academic institutions
  • Exposure to EdTech platforms, Robotics labs, or curriculum-based solutions
