What we are looking for 

As a Director you will be overseeing the technical implementation and services teams that delivery CRPM current designAct as a leader in managing the different functional roles, recruiting and training, and ownership of client success.

You will be joining the Data Strategy Group within CRD Professional Services, which is the team responsible for the data and supporting architecture that are the structural pillars for all CRD and CRPM implementationsThe Data Strategy team defines best practices for data management and oversees the data workstream on implementation projects to ensure that the client’s data meets their requirements to support business workflowsAchieving success for our clients involves a consultative approach to analyze their data requirements and processes, providing guidance, solution design, data mapping and configuration, all the way through to the support of testing efforts.

What you will be responsible for 

Oversee the functional teams within Technical Implementation Services, including Implementation Managers, Integration leads, Support Specialists, and Data Management Services.  

  Ensure appropriate organizational structure of individual teams with thorough and successful training / onboarding process for successful client metrics 

Recruit and hire new team members based on business growth and / or re-organization as required 

 Exhibit strong technical solution design skills from pre-sales to implementation of client solutions by influencing design with concrete facts and proven results in order to maintain system integrity for both client and CRD.  

 Ensure engagement team identifies, documents and drives project resolutions for project issues.  

Ownership of client adoption metrics and team tracking of this to share with Account Management  

Trusted advisor to clients within Sales process and post-sales process as required  

 Build effective working relationships within CRD and with clients, manage difficult situations and influence key decision makers.  

 Strategically solve problems by recognizing long term solutions across multiple projects.

Education & Preferred Qualifications: 

A BA/BS degree in a business or technical field including Finance, Economics, Engineering or Computer Science.  

 A minimum of 15 years of progressively responsible experience in the Financial / Software Services industry (Financial market information systems background preferred)  

The ability to travel to client sites throughout the United States, London, Singapore, Melbourne as well as the ability to work effectively when remote from clients. Travel is required – may be >25% per calendar year
