Technical Head

JaCaCo is a growing manufacturer of real chocolate and cocoa-based ingredients, supplying bakeries, hotels, ice cream companies and food manufacturers across India. We are part of a long-established manufacturing group with a global presence in specialty ingredients.

We are looking for a Technical Head to lead product applications, customer support and technical development across our chocolate and cocoa ingredient range.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working closely with customers while building strong technical systems internally.

The position reports directly to the CEO.

• Lead product applications across bakery, confectionery and frozen desserts
• Support customer trials and technical problem-solving
• Develop and standardize recipes and usage guidelines
• Work closely with sales teams on customer development
• Strengthen internal quality and technical processes
• Support new product development initiatives

• 815 years experience in chocolate, bakery or confectionery applications
• Experience working with professional kitchens or industrial production environments
• Strong understanding of chocolate behavior in different applications
• Ability to troubleshoot customer production challenges
• Comfortable working directly with customers

Backgrounds in chocolate manufacturing, bakery ingredients, confectionery or specialty food ingredients will be particularly relevant.
