Contineu is building the AI operating layer for construction. Using helmet-mounted 360 cameras and automated 3D reconstruction, our platform detects quality issues, tracks progress, and integrates BIM to eliminate manual data entry. We work with leading developers and contractors, transforming how field operations, quality, and planning teams work.

Were a fast-moving founding team backed by deep experience in AI, construction tech, and enterprise SaaS. As we scale across India and the US, were hiring a Technical Founders Office Generalist to work directly with the CEO & CTO on 01 initiatives across engineering, product, customer delivery, and strategy.

Role Overview

This is not a traditional Chief of Staff role.

This is a technical force-multiplier position for the founders.

You will operate as:

• A technical generalist who can write and reason about software, data, and systems.
• A product strategist who understands user workflows deeply, and can communicate between the tech team and the business team.
• A builder who can take ambiguous problems and ship MVPs.
• A business partner who can support GTM, customer pilots, and operations.

The right candidate is someone who wants to be on the founding track, has a high bias for action, and thrives in ambiguity.

What Youll Own

1. Product & Engineering Execution

• Work with the CEO/CTO to scope and drive 01 product modules (e.g., new AI QC features, BIM automation, safety workflows).
• Build scrappy internal tools, prototypes, scripts, or automations to accelerate engineering and customer delivery.
• Analyze 3D capture data, model outputs, and quality detection workflows to identify improvement levers.
• Translate on-site problems into actionable product specs and rapid experiments.

2. Customer Success & Pilot Delivery

• Shadow and run customer deploymentswalk sites, understand QC workflows, gather edge cases.
• Diagnose and solve customer issues (technical + operational).
• Own delivery outcomes for strategic pilots
• Convert user pain points into product improvements.

3. GTM & Strategy Support

• Support enterprise sales with technical insights, cost-effectiveness models, and workflow mapping.
• Build comparative efficiency frameworks (traditional QA/QC vs Contineu automation).
• Work with founders on pricing, ROI modeling, and large enterprise proposals.

4. Founder Enablement & Special Projects

• Stand-in for founders in cross-functional discussions when needed.
• Manage high-priority internal projects across hiring, ops, and partnerships.
• Own research-heavy tasks: competitive analysis, architecture deep dives, vendor evaluation etc.

Who You Are

Must-Haves

• Technical background (Engineering degree OR demonstrable technical work).
• Expecting to be a startup founder yourself within 6-12 months.
• Strong grounding in Python or JS/TS; familiarity with API integrations, data workflows, or ML pipelines is a plus.
• Extremely high ownership , speed , and resourcefulness .
• Ability to structure problems from ambiguity clarity execution.
• Comfortable being customer-facing and field-facing.
• Excellent written communication; able to reduce complexity into simplicity.

Great-to-Haves

• Experience in computer vision, robotics, 3D reconstruction, BIM, or construction tech.
• Experience in a fast-scaling startup or founder/early engineer role.
• Exposure to enterprise SaaS or field operations workflows.
• Ability to produce dashboards, scripts, or prototypes quickly.

What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months)

• Youve independently owned at least one major 01 initiative (e.g., QC automation module, BIM progress reporting, internal tooling).
• Customers and founders trust you as a technical and operational problem-solver.
• Youve streamlined a core workflowcutting hours of manual ops weekly.
• Youve built processes, documentation, or tools that permanently improve Contineus velocity.
