We are a Gujarat-based growing company engaged in the trading and distribution of pharmaceutical intermediates and APIs. We are setting up operations near Ahmedabad and are looking for a technically qualified and dynamic professional to join us as a Technical Executive / Competent Person.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the Competent Person for Wholesale Drug License compliance
Coordinate for obtaining and maintaining Drug License approvals
Review COA, MSDS, and technical documents
Ensure proper storage and regulatory compliance
Support in sourcing and evaluating pharma intermediates
Coordinate with suppliers and customers for technical queries
Assist in import documentation and compliance (if applicable)
Maintain batch documentation and inspection readiness

Qualification Required:
B.Pharm / M.Pharm
OR
B.Sc (Chemistry) with relevant pharma experience
- Knowledge of Drugs & Cosmetics Act compliance preferred
- Understanding of pharma intermediates / APIs preferred
- 13 years experience desirable

Skills Required:
Good technical understanding
Documentation and compliance awareness
Communication skills for supplier & customer interaction
Basic knowledge of import/export procedures (preferred)
