Smart Building IoT Program Coordinator

Overview

Seeking an operational specialist to manage daily IoT sensor operations across office spaces and critical rooms, serving as the primary escalation point for system issues.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations

• Monitor Smart Building Platform for equipment health, sensor status, alerts, and energy consumption • Generate performance reports and track operational efficiency improvements • Coordinate with internal teams on critical equipment insights and maintenance activities

Program Coordination

• Track maintenance activities and corrective actions on connected equipment • Facilitate stakeholder communication on platform findings and recommendations • Prepare monthly reports and ensure compliance with sensor functionality standards • Support urgent operational requirements outside standard hours

Project Support

• Coordinate site visits for sensor deployment from implementation to BAU • Track project timelines and identify risks in advance • Conduct regular project update calls and ensure proper sensor installation • Assist in project handover and documentation processes

Hardware & Software Management

• Serve as primary contact for hardware issues and ticket resolution • Maintain accurate records (asset numbers, issue logs, user access) • Monitor platform upgrades, patches, and data quality • Provide frontline support and maintain stakeholder relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Engineering (Electrical) or Facilities Management • 3+ years experience in commercial real estate operations or building management systems • Understanding of building automation systems and IoT platforms • Strong project coordination and communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
