KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own end-to-end technical delivery of enterprise implementations
- Lead all Agile ceremonies : sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, demos
- Define, enforce, and continuously refine Definition of Done (DoD)
- Translate business requirements into technical execution plans
- Chair steering committee meetings with client executives
- Prepare and present project status, risks, dependencies, and quality metrics
- Drive adoption of AI Agents and Agentic Workflows across client environments
- Collaborate with architects and engineers on solution design
- Manage internal and external stakeholders to align delivery expectations
- Mentor junior engineers and consultants on delivery best practices
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- 57 years delivering enterprise software or digital transformation projects
- Strong experience with SaaS implementations, system integration, or workflow automation
- Hands-on familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices
- Knowledge of low-code platforms, iPaaS, ETL / Reverse ETL
- Exposure toPREFERRED AI-driven solutions
- Strong client engagement and communication skills
PREFERRED
- Domain experience in BFSI, Telecom, or other enterprise verticals
- Prior experience in technical delivery leadership roles
